摘要：We combine panel data on firms and provincial-level institutional quality and find that institutional quality affects the organizational forms of foreign direct investment. In particular, foreign investment is less likely to be a contractual joint venture in provinces with more corruption and worse contractual efficiency, since a contractual joint venture depends more on institutional quality.
报告人简介：聂辉华，中国人民大学经济学院副教授，人民大学经济学博士和哈佛大学经济学系博士后，研究领域为组织经济学。2008年获得“全国优秀博士学位论文”奖。
